MY POEMS
1.
EQUALITY
A girl flying high in space
Brings glory to her motherland
She is a doctor, a lawyer
And everything but a Man.
She can't be a Man
We the Indians think so.
A Country with countryside
Is on man's side.
Its the male child they need
not the caring, loving and
sacrificing ones. They can bear
The burden of sons.
The joy of a girl frightens.
Is it the wish of God
or Man made.
Equality is the way of God.
2.
To Dear Grandmother
The old lady standing at the edge of the world
Wanna see her sons, daughters,
Grandsons, granddaughters
And whatever she created.
Daughters are busy in their household
Sons complains "What did you give us?"
She has only tears in her eyes
And a tease in her heart.
She is going to leave the house
That was called hers, once.
She gave nothing to her sons
But birth.
Closing her eyes, she finally prays
"May God bless my children
With whatever they want."
What else can she give?
Sleeps in eternal sleep
Silence, Silence and Complete Silence.
NATURE
Earth gives us birth
Water makes us chatter
Air builds our flair
Tree let us move free
Science is trying
But earth is crying
Just do a little
To call the beetle
Grow some flower
And bath in rain shower
